# Obtaining the company's Insights ID

How to obtain the unique Insights ID for support

Every company in **MoreThanDigital Insights** has a unique identifier. This helps us keep your company data anonymized while still allowing us to support you with technical issues or specific questions. Only company members see the actual company name — for everyone else, the **Unique Identifier (Company Insights ID)** is used.

### How to Find Your Company Insights ID:

1.  [**Log in**](https://insights.morethandigital.info/) to your MoreThanDigital Insights account.
    
2.  **Select the company** you want to work with.
    
3.  Go to the menu and click on **“Company Profile.”**
    
4.  In the **Company Profile** section, look for the field called **“Unique Identifier.”**
    
    -   This is your **Company Insights ID.**
        

### Why do we use a Unique Identifier?

-   To protect your company’s privacy: names are anonymized in our system.
    
-   To ensure we can assist you quickly when you have questions or need support.
    
-   To make sure we correctly identify your company without exposing sensitive information.
